Boogie Bounce is the SENSATIONAL HIGH ENERGY, LOW IMPACT, WORKOUT TO GET FIT, HAVE FUN, & BOUNCE YOURSELF HEALTHY! It is a training concept utilising a mini trampoline (or rebounder) and gravity as resistance, giving a whole new dimension to the HIIT principle. Rebounding challenges the cardiovascular system and helps PROTECT JOINTS whilst INCREASING MUSCLE AND BONE DENSITY.

 

We have created a bouncing community where everyone is welcome- all ages, sizes, abilities and gender. As soon as you walk into a class you will be greeted by one of our incredible instructors as well as our friendly bouncers.

Routines are performed to a funky mix of tracks from across the Decades in a welcoming, motivating environment. We encourage a social space where you can make friends or even bring your children along while you workout too - we're proud to adopt the 'child-friendly' fitness movement and pride ourselves on operating an inclusive FUN FRIENDLY FIERCE nightclub vibe.

Strength & Tone is designed to focus on building a small amount of muscle whilst stripping fat. It is aimed at all muscle groups to strengthen muscles and joints to give the body the ability to maintain correct posture and alignment, therefore giving the body a toned effect. Increasing muscle mass will increase the metabolism resulting in fat loss.

“WE COME TO YOU” - our trampolines are easy to transport and set up.

Fostering a growth mindset, our Boogie Bounce sessions encourage students to take safe risks and move their bodies in ways they may never have done so before. Students develop their balance, coordination, spatial awareness and listening skills along with all the benefits rebounding has to offer. By incorporating our engaging sessions into your school community, you can assist to effectively nurture a generation with the skills and motivation for lifelong physical well-being. At Boogie Bounce we like to put the FUN into fitness and get everyone involved!

Our classes are suitable for all ages from Kindy through to Year 12. We even offer staff sessions!

One-off Classes

One-off classes are perfect for a taster, end of term rewards or simply to add some excitement to the curriculum.

Year Program -
4 Classes

Our Year Program - 4 Classes are designed to give students the opportunity to bounce once a term throughout the year. It further enhances the benefits Boogie Bounce has to offer. and is perfect for those schools that are not looking for commit to the

Term Program.

Term Program

Our Term Programs offer sequential lessons that scaffold the student's progress in both skill and fitness. Most schools usually opt for a 4-8 week program and can be tailored to your school's needs. Term Programs offer the opportunity for students to maximise the benefits rebounding has to offer.

Private Bookings

PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Boogie Bounce offers private bookings for groups looking to experience their unique trampoline-based exercise classes. These private sessions can be corporate team building activities, sporting groups, mothers groups, disability services and more.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Boogie Bounce birthday parties are a fun and energetic way to celebrate a special occasion. They typically involve a group class on the trampolines and we can incorporate party games and fun! We can tailor the party to your specific needs.

Lucy

OWNER & INSTRUCTOR

 

Lucy opened Boogie Bounce Western Australia in January 2021. Working solo out of a small room in a church, Lucy worked hard to grow her business taking on instructors and opening up more locations. Before becoming a Boogie Bounce instructor, Lucy worked as an early childhood teacher which gave her the confidence to instruct in front of sell out classes and manage a team. Lucy's zest for lifelong learning and passion to deliver classes to a higher standard meant she qualified as a Group Fitness Instructor in May this year. Lucy is also a Boogie Bounce Master Trainer.

 

Lucy likes to have fun during class whilst making sure everyone is maximising their potential. You will always be encouraged to challenge yourself whilst letting out a few 'whoos', 'yahs' & singing along to the tunes!

Gaynor

INSTRUCTOR

 

Gaynor joined our team in December 2022 after being a raging fan of Boogie Bounce for ever 12 months. Other bouncers kept commenting on how incredible Gaynor's bouncing style was and how she would be a fabulous instructor - so I jumped at the chance to add Gaynor to our team. Gaynor is a ball of energy and sure knows how to get the class buzzing!

Lisa

INSTRUCTOR

 

Lisa joined our team in April 2023. Prior to instructing, Lisa attended Boogie Bounce for 2 years - bouncing 5 times a week! Lisa's love of Boogie Bounce made her the perfect candidate to become an instructor. You'll be sure to hear Lisa 'whooing' and clapping!

Inga

Inga joined our team in June 2024. Inga is a fitness lover, also instructing other group fitness classes and is completing her studies to be a personal trainer. When Inga told me she had toured with the "Big Bounce" I knew she would be a perfect fit for our team!

Joe joined our team in June 2024. Originally from Mauritius, her accent is mesmerising. Joe has worked in education as well as the fitness industry and is super excited to be teaching children and introducing them to the world of Boogie Bounce.

When I tell people that I exercise through Boogie Bounce, some people look at me strange as they have never heard of it.  Some say, “that’s different” or “that sounds great”. Those who have seen it pop up on their Facebook read that Boogie Bounce is; “kind on your joints, it’s a fantastic low impact cardio workout on mini trampolines, better for you than running, classes are fun and so welcoming”.  It really is all that, AND I can honestly say that I have never completed an exercise class where I have worked every muscle in my body like I have when I complete a Boogie Bounce session. I am totally out of breath; I have worked up a sweat and I feel fantastic.  
After bouncing for 12 months, I now attend 5 classes a week comprising; Boogie Bounce, Box n Bounce, Step n Bounce/Revolution (HIIT) and I have never felt fitter.
Lucy, Crystal and Ellie are really great instructors – making sure we get the most out of each class but also making it fun, and the Boogie Bounce community are a great group of people who are welcoming and supportive and have become friends.
I love Boogie Bounce so much that I am now a qualified instructor and will be instructing classes as of Term 1 2024!!!!!

I attend the gym 5-6 days a week and Boogie Bounce once a week. Out of all the classes I take Boogie Bounce is HANDS DOWN the best cardio class. Not only does it have a high calorie burn, it is fun and the 45 minutes goes so fast! It's great to see the variety of people coming to Boogie Bounce classes and I look forward to my Saturday mornings!!

As a stay at home Mum I spend 24/7 with my two young boys. I started Boogie Bounce so that I could meet new people, try something new and just get out of the house for some 'me' time. I also wanted a fun exercise class that wasn't PT or in a gym. Luckily I joined because I love it!!
